Gluten Free Oatmeal Pancakes

  • 2 1/2 Cups of Gluten Free Oatmeal
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. Poppy Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda

Put ingredients into food processors and mix for 1 minute.  Set stove to just below med. and use frying pan with a tiny bit of oil.  Once the pan is up to temp. put 3 scoups of batter into pan and spread it out.  The cooking process is normally very quick so check and flip them quickly.
