Disclaimer: Only use essential oils that guarantee to provide 100 percent pure, therapeutic-grade oils produced from carefully identified plants with natural chemical profiles that match or exceed recognized world standards such as Young Living Essential Oils.
What are essential oils?
Essential oils are the aromatic, volatile liquids distilled from plants. Oils can be obtained from seeds, roots, an entire shrub, flowers, leaves and trees. Each plant may contain hundreds of molecular chemical compounds.
Like all living things essential oils have a frequency or energy level. Every plant will hold a different frequency much like each and every human holds his or her own individual frequency. Likewise, any and all ailments hold their own unique frequency. The laws of physics teach us that law of synchronicity applies to all. We will always synchronize to the strongest and highest frequency. By introducing an essential oil that resonates at a higher frequency than that of our ailment, the ailment has no choice but to increase its frequency to match that of the essential oil.
A few uses for essential oils:
Inhalation- Place two to three drops o oil into the palm hand, rub in a clockwise motion, cup hands over nose and mouth and inhale slowly for six to eight minutes.
Diffusing- it is best to only diffuse oils via cold-air diffuser. The reason for this is that heat changes the chemical structure of the molecules, rendering the medicinal and healing properties ineffective.
Topical- Essential oils can be applied directly to the skin (neat) or diluted with a carrier oil such as olive oil or coconut oil. Always dilute the essential oils for application to small children and babies until skin sensitivity is known.
Infant Massage- Gentle massage, using therapeutic-grade essential oils diluted in a high-quality carrier oil, is enjoyable for both baby and parents.
Again I want to stress the importance of using 100 percent therapeutic grade essential oils only. The reason for this is because synthetic chemicals and/or ingredients are not used in the oils. If synthetic ingredients are used the efficacy of the oil may be compromised and may lead to potentially harmful side effects.
